1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LaunchBot.cc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the interface. This platform is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age.

2. Description of Service

LaunchBot.cc provides a non-custodial interface for orchestrating coordinated liquidity transactions on the Solana blockchain. We do NOT provide financial, legal, or investment advice. LaunchBot facilitates interactions with third-party protocols (e.g., Jupiter, Solana network) but is not responsible for their execution or performance.

3. User Responsibilities

• Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and seed phrases. We cannot recover funds if your wallet is compromised.
• Legality: You must ensure that your use of LaunchBot complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Accuracy: You are responsible for verifying all transaction parameters (Token CA, Amounts, etc.) before signing.

4. Fees

LaunchBot.cc charges a service fee of 0.05 SOL per implementation sequence. This fee is clearly displayed during the funding transaction. Blockchain network fees (gas/rent) are paid separately by the user's wallets as described in our documentation.

5. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAUNCHBOT.CC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM BLOCKCHAIN ERRORS, NETWORK CONGESTION, OR TOKEN VOLATILITY.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the interface at any time without notice.
